Not only do the cobble-stones give the shot a great texture, whatever the structure is hanging over to the left provides an interesting gradient of light that draws the eye toward the subject.
The use of B&W under that light also gives the whole photo a very harsh tone, as if the girl has woken up from (or is recovering from) a long night.
Might I ask who the subject was? Did you set the shot up or was it a spontaneous/candid photgraph?
Either was, excellent job.

"You think you know me...
You have no idea..."
The picture looks as if it was taken in another world where this girl wouldn't look displaced.
She looks too casual and bored to be going to or coming from an event, as it would seem she's dressed for.
But instead she just sat down "someplace", looking more
beautiful than people ever do, yet so casual- it blows my mind!
So out-of-place in such a perfect way.
